In Moldova, assess the damage from past rains

Several settlements in the Yalovensky, Novoanensky and Khynchesti districts, as well as in the Chisinau municipality, were flooded as a result of rains that took place on the night of July 4-5, the press service of the General Inspectorate of Emergency Situations reported on July 5. Rescuers had to pump water from the basement of one of the residential buildings in the city of Durlesti, Chisinau municipality. In the city of Kodru (Chisinau municipality), rescuers pumped water from the basements of three buildings on St. Nicholas Street, and in Chisinau itself from the basements of two residential buildings. Water pumping was carried out in the village of Khoresht in the Yalovensky district, as well as in the commune of Gratiesti (Chisinau municipality). Showers took place in Khynchesht, Komrat skom and Novoanensky
