The Minister of education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov asked the regions to decide about the format of the solemn rulers at schools. Some regions and cities have already decided on plans for the September 1-so, Moscow and Yekaterinburg refused to celebrate the Day of knowledge. In the Chelyabinsk region, Blagoveshchensk, and the Crimea on the line only let first-graders and graduates. The most stringent rules in some regions are waiting for the parents — they will be obliged to wear masks and stay away from their children.
