Local branches of WAAC are being formed in Abkhazia

In Abkhazia, the system of local branches of the World Abkhaz-Abaz Congress (WAAC) is actively being formed. According to the Chairman of the Supreme Council of WAAC Moussa Exekov, this creates a basis for the development of civil society in the republic.
