Appeal of Talysh organizations to the Russian public

DOCUMENT As a result of timely measures taken by law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, actions that provoke and incite the Armenian-Azerbaijani interethnic conflict in the territory of the Russian state were suppressed, and the perpetrators were brought to justice. For our part, we, the heads of Talysh organizations in Russia, using our information tools, appealed to Talysh elders and youth with a request to make every effort to suppress provocative actions to involve Talysh in criminal actions managed from abroad aimed at inciting ethnic hatred. Because of which we were attacked and censured from Azerbaijan, which once again proves that it was from there that the attitude was given to destabilize the situation in large cities of Russia. In turn, we declare that the Talysh diaspora organizations will continue to stand firmly in the positions of interethnic peace and harmony in the territory of the Russian Federation and will protect the state interests of the country where they operate. Russia is the common home of many peoples, where their national and cultural rights are protected by law at the highest level. Talysh, as one of the Russian peoples who feel the attention and support of the Russian state, do not experience any problems with any of the peoples who inhabit Russia. The heads of Talysh organizations and the Talysh people will always fight for peace, friendship, brotherhood and interethnic dialogue on Russian soil.
